This Cookie Policy explains how COVERMAT CO., LTD. ("Merry's Care", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and the choices you have. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. How we use them
- Necessary cookies and storage are always used. They make the website work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, language and cookie choice, and letting you return to an unpaid order.
- Analytics cookies - Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel - are used only if you select "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you select "Decline", they are not loaded.
3. Necessary cookies and browser storage
These are set by us (first-party) and do not depend on your cookie choice.

5. Third-party services loaded regardless of the banner
- Google Login: the sign-in page loads Google's sign-in script (accounts.google.com) so you can use Google Login. Google may set its own cookies when it runs.
- YouTube: videos embedded on the website are provided by YouTube (Google), which may set cookies or similar identifiers when a video player loads.
We do not control these third-party cookies. Please see Google's and YouTube's own policies.
6. Analytics cookies
These are loaded only after you select "Accept". They are provided by third parties, who set their own cookies (typically named, for example, _ga, _clck, _clsk and _fbp - names and lifetimes are defined by the providers and may change).

These services are used only on the live (production) website and only where they have been configured for it.
7. Cookie consent
- When you first visit, a banner asks you to "Accept" or "Decline" analytics cookies. Until you choose, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel are not loaded.
- Your choice is saved in your browser (mc_cookie_consent, above) and the banner is not shown again. The choice applies to this browser and device only.
- Choosing "Decline" does not affect the necessary cookies or your ability to browse, sign in and order.
8. Managing your cookies
- To change your analytics choice, clear this website's stored data in your browser settings (site data / local storage). The banner will appear again on your next visit and you can choose again.
- Clearing your choice stops the analytics services from loading on later pages, but cookies they have already set remain until you delete them in your browser settings.
- You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, features such as signing in, your cart, and checkout may not work.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy, for example if we add or remove a service. The current version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date.
